• Post-Graduation in Dermatology by the Professor Rubem David Azulay Dermatology Institute, Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Rio de Janeiro (IDPRDA / SCMRJ) and by the Postgraduate Medical School of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (EMPG / PUC-RJ) ( 2012 – 2015), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Brazil.
• Dermatologist by the Brazilian Society of Dermatology (SBD).
• Leprologist by the Brazilian Society of Hansenology (SBH).
• Doctorate (PhD) in Clinical Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo University (FMRP-USP).

Dr. Marco Andrey Cipriani Frade
• Graduated in Medicine (MD) from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (1996), Dermatologist from HU-UFJF (1999).
• Doctorate (PhD) in Clinical Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto-USP (2003) and Post Doctorate (Post-PhD) from the ACADEMIC MEDICAL CENTER OF UNIVERSITY OF AMSTERDAM at the Laboratory of Experimental Dermato-Immuno-Pathology.
• Since 2015, associate professor of Dermatology, Department of Clinical Medicine, Faculty of Medicine of Ribeirão Preto – USP.
• Coordinator of the LABORATORY OF CICATRIZATION & HANSENIASIS – FMRP-USP since 2004. President of the Brazilian Society of Hansenology 2012-2014 and 2015-2017.
• Coordinator of Center of National Reference in Sanitary Dermatology focusing on Leprosy – HCFMRP-USP (since 2009)
• Current vice-coordinator of the Post-Graduation Committee in Clinical Medicine at FMRP-USP and member of the Board of the Department of Clinical Medicine at FMRP-USP.
• Experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Dermatology, working in the lines of research CICATRIZATION (1) and LEPROSY / SANITARY DERMATOLOGY (2), addressing the following topics: (1) Leg ulcers, Diabetes mellitus, New healing stimulants (Latex biomembrane, therapeutic laser, low-intensity ultrasound, plant extracts), experimental models, healing immunobiology, mesenchymal stem cells; guided bone regeneration and latex allergy (2) leprosy – cutaneous immunoblots of neuropathy and pathophysiology, in addition to assessing the importance of Sanitary Dermatology in primary health care; theoretical and practical training in the field in various states of the country (PA; PE; PI; TO; RR; BA; DF and MT). (3) New methodologies for testing Safety and Efficacy in cosmetic products such as clinical tests and HUMAN SKIN EX-VIVO. Since 2008 involved with TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT of the ex-vivo model HOSEC-model for its various applications and implications, in addition to partnerships with public and private companies. Advisory member of ILA – International Leprosy Association.
• In 2018, we started developing the SKIN ULTRASOUND area to improve the diagnosis of skin lesions and their differential diagnoses, correlating clinical, dermatoscopy, ultrasound and histopathology to residents and students.
